Located on a private road, this lakefront camp has three bedrooms, dining area, kitchen, living room, first floor bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms is in an open concept. . An enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Off the porch is a deck to enjoy the sunshine and beautiful views of the lake while you cook out on the gas grill . Bring your boat or jet ski,there is an aluminum dock and jet ski ramp. In the backyard is a grassy gentle slope leading down to a sandy beach. Kayaks provided.The camp has air conditioning, heat, internet, and cable for the televisions.Parking for two cars. 30 minutes from Saratoga Track. Please note : After Labor Day the dock is no longer available and due to changes in water levels a boat cannot be docked at our beach . The beach is fine for swimming with gradual depth.

Summary: The house is a it appears it photos, but also very very clean. The backyard "beach" is everything! I cannot begin to explain how gorgeous it was ever day, such a relaxing, fun trip with our 2 kids (11 & 9), they spent all day on the sand or in the water. Great location, close to many things (brewery, Adirondack animal, stores, restaurants). We loved this entire trip. Lovely owner, extremely helpful and clean/tidy.

Summary: Can't say enough about the view of the lake, gentle sloping yard to great sandy beach and dock for our boat. House was as described, had everything we needed and comfortable. Ann was great to communicate with and sharing tips and things in the area.

Summary: Very friendly neighborhood, great location to rest and recharge or have a lively conversation with the neighbors. We loved that we could bring our pet without problems. Kayaking with the loons and watching eagles, stars at night with a bonfire on the lake was wonderful .

Summary: Modest home in a lovely setting right on the lake. Ann is so kind and considerate. This was our second stay and we had wonderful peaceful family time, enjoying the comfy beds, the use of kayaks, and the joy of sitting on the deck gazing out over the water.

Summary: Ann was wonderful to communicate with and she detailed everything we needed to know either before or when we arrived. The place isn't in top shape and you should be aware of that when you choose to rent. It is a basic house in need of some TLC and a really good spring cleaning. That being said, Ann and her family are offering lakefront property on Sacandaga. You literally step out on the porch and you see lake, you walk down the hill and you are at the lake. They offer kayaks with paddles, life jackets, and a dock for fishing or launching your boat if you have one. The kids loved playing at the lake and jumping off the dock and throwing the dog a toy in the lake. The neighbors were very friendly and happy to chat with you and give details of the area if you need it. Overall, if you want to be on Great Sacandaga and don't mind a place that is less than perfect, this is a good choice.
